Catering by Simple Elegance and The Stocked Pot and Company is offering SHAVED ICE! Unlike snow cones, which are made with crushed ice and a conservative pouring of syrup, SHAVED ICE, is also known by a few different names – Shaved Ice, Shave Ice, Sno Balls, Shavers, and Hawaiian Shaved Ice. Shaved Ice is made with actual shaved ice, giving them a fluffy, snow-like texture. They are also doused with more syrup than traditional snow cones, which is fully absorbed by the finely powdered ice, and are served in a cup and eaten with a spoon.
