SPICY CREOLE SAUCE From The Stocked Pot and Company Cooking School and Culinary Team Building Events and Cooking Parties

 

Ingredients:

6 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Texas Pete Hot Sauce
1 lemon zested and juiced
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup

 

Directions:

Cook the above ingredients on moderate heat until the sugar dissolves into the sauce. Use the sauce as a topping with cooked protein of your choice or as a desired condiment.
